We pay for gas, trash, and sewage, and provide a covered carport with storage and an additional 2nd space, if available, for $50. Residents pay a monthly water fee of $35. Enjoy the newly upgraded laundry facilities, including the ability to start your washer from a smartphone app. Our gated community is newly painted and beautifully re-landscaped. We require our residents to have renters' insurance and a current Southern California Edison account at the time of move-in.
